Customize Letter Templates

You can configure the appearance, text, and settings of your letter templates.

  1. Click Communication Templates.

  2. Select one of three letter templates to edit in the Select an Email form to Edit list (see Letter Templates).

  3. Select any of the following:

  1. Click Add An Attachment to add an document to your email notifications (optional). You can only add one attachment.

  2. Enter the subject of your email notification in the Email Subject Line field. This is what your customer will see as the subject line of your email.

  3. Use the Letter Template Formatting Buttons and Replacement Markers in the Letter Format Window to change the text, content, and appearance of your email notification letters (optional).

Note: The Letter Format Window includes markers that will automatically populate with client specific information when the email notification letter is sent. These markers are tags surrounded by brackets: "[" and "]". These markers should not be modified but can be replaced. See Replacement Markers for a list of markers.

  1. Click to preview your letter (optional).

  2. Click Apply Changes.

Tip: To add photos and logos to your email notification letters, click Photos and Logos (see Add Photos and Logos).
