WebAMS allows you to send email notification letters to your customers when you add new accounts or when you make changes to an existing account. The email notification letter is sent to the email address you entered when you created the customer account.
Welcome Letters: The first communication to new child accounts. Provides the account number (login) and password.
Confirmation Letter: A confirmation of any modifications made to the user or child account. Provides information about new product access or reassignment of a sales rep or cost center.
Customized Letter: A customizable letter you can elect to send whenever you make changes or additions to a child account or user.
The content and appearance of these letters can be customized. See Customize Letter Templates.
All email notification letters show DataQuick Products in the From field of the email.
Email notifications are sent as HTML. If your customers do not have their email editors set to HTML, the letters display as plain text without images.
If you select to copy yourself on the email notification letters (see Customize Letter Templates), the email is sent to the email address you provided DataQuick when you opened your account (Contact Customer Care for changes).
If you select Copy Sales Rep or Copy Cost Center, the email is sent to the sales rep or cost center of record.
