Replacement Markers are placeholders for the replacement text that display on your email notifications.
Click in the Letter Format Window to add a Replacement Marker.
To remove a Replacement Marker, simply select (highlight) the Replacement Marker and press Delete.
Valid markers include:

Inserts Date the new account was created. |

Inserts the first name of the sales rep or cost center contact. |

Contact Full Name |
Inserts the first and last name of the sales rep or cost center contact. |

User Login Name |
Inserts the user login for the new account. If the account has multiple users, this field does not display on the letter. |

User Password |
Inserts the user password for the new account. If the account has multiple users, this field does not display on the letter. |

Parent Company Name |
Inserts the name of the parent title company or lender that created the child accounts. |

Sales Rep. Last Name/Cost Center Number |
Inserts the last name of the sales rep or the cost center number assigned to a child account. |

Sales Rep./Cost Center email address |
Inserts the email address of the sales rep or the cost center number assigned to a child account. |
|
Sales Rep./Cost Center Phone Number |
Inserts the phone number of the sales rep or the cost center number assigned to a child account. |

Links for purchased DQ Products |
Adds Links (URLs) to all DataQuick products assigned to the account. |

Sales Rep/Cost Center Photo |
Inserts the photo of the sales rep or cost center contact to display on the email notification letter. See Add Photos and Logos to upload and assign photos. Remove this marker if you do not have a photo to add. |
